What are the TnC for Buy 2 Get 1 offer?

Items purchased during the sale are not eligible for return. In case of an exchange, original/full price of the item will be charged and customer need to pay the difference amount of the sale price and the original.

How do I change my Address and/or Contact details?

How do you process with the shipping and quality of products?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblity. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

When will I receive my order?

We try to proceed with the shipping within 24 hours after you’ve placed an order with us. Later on it generally takes 2-3 days to reach to you, depending on the delivery location and working days. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24hrs of placing the order. Once your order is shipped, you cannot cancel it as it is already in process.

How do I exchange the product I’ve bought and get another?

To exchange the item you recently purchased, first you have to be eligible for the return. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before proceeding. You can mail us to for further consideration for the exchange. Once we receive your item, if it is eligible for refund/exchange you’ll receive an update regarding the same. Generally it takes upto 5-7days to proceed with your new order. The shipping charges are not refunded in case of an exchange or return. Also you will have to pay the new shipping cost for the exchange of products you’ve opted for.

Items purchased during sale or an exhibition are not eligible for exchange. If you’ve purchased more than one item using any coupons/offers exchange of items will be processed without any coupons/offers application.

What is Rainbow Monkey’s return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
The Product will be subject to a thorough quality check in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. The decision for return or exchanges depends on us. Rainbow Monkey reserves the right to refuse returns if it is not in its original condition, or is worn, altered, washed or damaged not due to our error.  Items purchased during sale and exhibitions are not eligible for returns or exchange. If you’ve placed a custom order, none of the items can be refunded in case of return/exchange. Items purchased with a coupon code or any other offer will be partially refunded depending on the total amount spent for the whole purchase.

We have a 14 day return policy from date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after this expiry period and unless you notify us within 48hrs, we will assume that you have accepted the products as being in good condition. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by you and are non-refundable. 

How do I return an item I’ve already paid for?

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Rainbow Monkey does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that does not meet above the return requirements.
